1. Agreement
By using the Maison Blanc website, customer app, or hotel partner portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Maison Blanc provides garment care, pickup and delivery for personal customers, and contracted linen / uniform / guest laundry programs for hotels across Delhi NCR. Service availability, turnaround times, and pricing are confirmed at booking or in your hotel contract.
3. Orders & payment
Personal orders placed through the app are subject to slot availability and facility capacity. Hotel partners are billed per their invoicing cycle and credit terms. Unpaid balances may pause new pickups where a credit limit applies.
4. Garment care & liability
Items are inspected and tracked at intake. Care instructions and special notes you provide are followed where reasonably possible. Liability for loss or damage is limited as described in your order confirmation or hotel SLA — typically up to a multiple of the per-item service charge unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential. Hotel portal access is limited to authorised staff of the contracted property.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or apps, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false booking or partner information.
7. Privacy
We process contact and order data to fulfil services and improve operations. Contact partnerships@maisonblanc.in for privacy requests.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
